It’s Never Too Early for Father Engagement Presented by Dr. Richard Cohen and Project ABC
On Monday, February 1, 2016, in collaboration with Children’s Institute, Inc. and DCFS, the Los Angeles Fatherhood Network will hold a community roundtable to discuss several of the issues related to father engagement.
Discussion will cover the following:
- Why father engagement?
- How does an engaged father benefit a young child?
- How fathers play with young children is different than mothers…does it matter?
- Barriers to Father Engagement
- Resources to benefit young children
